Checking Status of your Server

To check the status of your server, navigate to the LiveReach AI portal: https://app.livereach.ai/
Enter the log in information provided by your LiveReach Account manager below:



Once you are logged in, navigate to the Configuration page and click on the Servers tab to view the servers in your account:



You can be able to see status of your server in here.



From here, you can see the status of your server in the column Online. If the server continues to remain Offline despite following all of the Onboarding steps, please reach out to your LiveReach account manager to assist with troubleshooting and next steps.
