Using SalesCoach

Reviewing Pitches from a Script


  1. In the left sidebar, click SalesCoach.
  2. Select a script to open its dashboard.
  3. Use the time range picker to filter the results


Metrics shown (for the selected time range):

  • Pitches — total number of pitches.
  • High-intent recognized — count of pitches flagged as high intent.
  • Memberships sold — total memberships sold.
  • Pitch → Membership rate — percentage of pitches that resulted in a membership.




Browse and Review Individual Pitches


  1. Scroll down the page, to view the individual pitches based on the selected time range.
  2. Scroll down to the Pitches list. Results are filtered by the selected time range.
  3. Search by Pitch # (exact match) or by keywords/phrases in the search bar.
  4. Review columns: timestamp, speaking time, intent-to-sell flag, and pitch score.
  5. Open a pitch: click a row to play the audio/video and view details.



Review SalesCoach Portfolio


  1. In the left sidebar, click SalesCoach.
  2. At the top of the page, select the Portfolio tab.
  3. Review Pitch Metrics across all locations using the selected time range filter.

SalesCoach Reports


  1. At the top of the page, click Reports.
  2. Enter a Report name.
  3. Choose Script(s) — select a specific script or All scripts.
  4. Select a Time range: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  5. (Optional) Turn on Email to inbox, enter the recipient email, and save to receive reports by email.
  6. Click Save to finish.
