Locating your licenses
In the LiveReach web app, click the gear icon in the lower-left corner next to your email.
Click the Integrations tab (upper right) to view your licenses and the integrations linked to each.
Install the LiveReach AI app from the Apple TV App Store
On your Apple TV, open the App Store.
Go to Search and type “LiveReach AI.”
Select the LiveReach AI app from the results.
Choose Get or Install.
After installation, select Open to launch the app.
You can also find it later from the Home screen.
When the app opens, a pairing code will appear on your TV. Keep this screen open.
Create an Apple TV Integration in your LiveReach account
In the desktop LiveReach app, navigate to Integrations in the left sidebar.
Click "Create Integration."
Select "Create Apple TV Integration."
When prompted:
Name the Apple TV
Choose which walls to include. Select "Allow Access to All Walls" unless otherwise specified
Enter the pairing code displayed on your Apple TV (format: AAAA-BBBB)
The integration will be created for your account.
⚠️ Apple TV pairing codes expire quickly. If a code doesn’t work, refresh the LiveReach AI app on your Apple TV to generate a new one.
Link your license to the Apple TV integration.
In the LiveReach web app, click the gear icon in the lower-left corner next to your email.
Click the Integrations tab (upper right) to view your licenses and the integrations linked to each.
Click the pencil icon next to the unused license key, select the newly created Apple TV integration, and click Save.
💡 You should now see the selected video walls on the Apple TV display.
View the content on your Apple TV
Choose a wall: Use the Apple TV remote to select a video wall to view.
Refresh: Added a new wall? Select Refresh to load it.
Change video quality: Open a wall, then tap Quality to adjust.
Fullscreen mode: Select Full Mode to fill the screen.
View a single camera: Double-click any camera tile to see it full screen.
Return to wall: In single-camera view, click the bottom-right button to go back.
💡 If logged out on the Apple TV, open the desktop LiveReach app → Integrations → edit your Apple TV integration → update the Apple TV Code with the new code shown on your TV.
