Before you can add cameras, you need to set a location for each server. To do that, navigate to the LiveReach AI portal: https://app.livereach.ai/

Enter the log in information provided by your LiveReach account manager.

Once you are logged in, navigate to the Configuration page and click on the Servers tab to view the servers in your account.

Find the server in question, ensure it's listed as Online, and choose the pencil icon on the right side to edit the server's configuration.

On the server's configuration page, choose the location for this server from the drop down menu and save the changes.

If the location for this server isn't available from the choices, contact your account manager to have it added.
